Boris loses top place in the Silliness Chart
Chief Boriswatcher | August 23, 2006Boriswatch was unaware there even was a Silliness Chart, but it looks as though Boris was in first place and has now slipped to second place. ITN reports that Boris will be disappointed, although I have a sneaking suspicion he’ll be a little happier than that…!
