Boris Johnson has renounced his US citizenship after a heated clash with American immigration officials.

In his column in The Telegraph this week, Toby Young – an old schoolfriend of Boris – paints an amusing but frankly unsurprising story of boris in his younger days at Oxford University, revealing that Boris harboured ambitions of being the US President. Even then, it seems his blustering style was winning over many fans…
In other news, Boris’s new book seems to be shifting off the shelves like nobody’s business. Have I Got Views For You ( buy it here ) is a collection of his writings, and it’s a rip-roaring read!

Boriswatch immediately thought much the same when the allegations broke, such is the newspaper’s alacrity at getting Boris gossip over the last couple of years…
Comments rssBoris finds himself in hot vehicular water with The Sun revelling his Three In The Front driving style. Both his sons were caught in the front seat of the rather exotically named Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. If you’re going to cause a bit of a scandal, you may as well have a decent car to do it in, eh? And as Boriswatch reader Nicholas points out, The Time reports he could be prosecuted for it. Let’s open the floor – is it irresponsible? Has it been blown out of proportion? Has he chosen the best car for the job?
